Sandee Sandbrink

Attorney, Divorce, Child Custody Dispute, Division of Marital Property, Domestic Violence, Personal Injury

Divorce? Child and/or spousal support problems? Child custody dispute? Division of marital property? Domestic violence?

Sandee Sandbrink is a dedicated and compassionate advocate for her clients facing some of the most difficult problems of their lives—those involving their families. Sandee rolls up her sleeves and dives headfirst into her clients’ stressful and oftentimes overwhelming personal situations, helping them through emotional as well as legal issues.

While zealous in representing her clients’ rights, Sandee is also empathetic and heartfelt; her clients find it easy to share with her some of the most intimate aspects of their lives.

When I was deciding what area of law I wanted to practice, I knew I wanted to help lessen the pain and stress of people who were going through difficult and emotional times. Being a child of divorce myself, I was driven toward family law hoping to make life easier for individuals, couples, and families, and especially when divorces and upheavals involve children. Mindful of the severe effects of family discord, my thought is always, “What’s in the best interest of the children?”

Sandee recognizes that we most fear what we don’t know, and knowledge, as power, gives comfort and relief. She makes sure her clients know their rights and what they’re entitled to, enabling them to make informed decisions and easing fear and anxiety during the grueling legal process that leads to resolution and healing.

In addition to family law, Sandee has considerable experience in personal injury law, assisting people who sustained physical injuries, getting the treatment they need, dealing with insurance, and navigating through the process from onset to settlement.

Originally from Great Neck, New York, Sandee attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where she earned a dual B.A. in political science and criminology and criminal justice. She moved west to attend law school at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in Sacramento. While there, Sandee was a member of the student-faculty curriculum committee and worked as a certified law clerk for a Sacramento family law firm. She earned a J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, graduating in the top quarter of her class.
