Lesley Belcher

Lesley Belcher earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business, and, after a stellar 23-year career in high tech in Silicon Valley, made a career move into law. She earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2014 from John F. Kennedy University (now National University), with certifications in Family Law, mediation, and housing. She holds a California real estate license and owns commercial, industrial, and residential property, as well as several businesses, in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Lesley Belcher joined Kraeber Law in 2014, bringing her vast knowledge and experience in law, business ownership and operations, real estate ownership and property management, and high-tech. Her educational and work experience speak to the depth and breadth of her understanding of the challenges of small businesses in both day-to-day operations and when faced with legal action. While working on the finance side of a high-tech multi-national firm helping to negotiate large, global contracts, Lesley was drawn to the legal complexities of creating contracts and fulfilling financial compliance controls. Once she left Silicon Valley and moved into law, she found that the work in employment law and civil litigation tapped into her aptitude for the challenge and the art of looking at all sides of an issue. It is key to be able to anticipate the other side of an issue.
