About
Attorney Hannah Henderson focuses her services on Family Law, alongside fellow Kraeber Law Office attorney Sandy Sandbrink. Hannah graduated from the University of Law in Chester, United Kingdom, with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Upon moving to the United States, she earned her Master of Law degree (LLM) at the University of California’s UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).
In the UK, Hannah worked for two years in a Family Law practice, working intimately with family relationship cases including divorce, property disputes, and domestic abuse. After graduating from UC Law San Francisco, Hannah was a Judicial Extern with the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda, working directly in the courts, gaining hands-on experience with the judicial system.
Hannah’s natural desire to help people in need drew her to the field of law when, during her teen years, she saw opportunities to help those seeking advice and counsel—looking for a place to turn to, often when they are at the lowest points in their lives.
Among her many strengths are her keen curiosity and interest in doing the research and groundwork necessary to learn, to uncover, and to find solutions and paths toward resolution. She is meticulous in her research and attention to detail. Her ability to listen intently and interpret the smallest of details and the longest of stories serve her well in Family Law, where emotions and facts often collide.
I feel personally linked to my clients. I understand deeply that a family problem is all-encompassing, affecting every aspect of a client’s life, especially when children are involved. I have great empathy for people who are struggling. And I am driven to help those who are going through difficult times—to facilitate the legal process and navigate through the dispute to make the experience easier for them, not just for right now, today, but into the future, so they can continue to heal from the ordeals they’ve been through.
Hannah’s work is expanding Kraeber Law Office’s Family Law service area into Alameda and San Joaquin counties, allowing the law firm to reach a greater number of people in need of counsel and legal representation.
Hannah also volunteers her time and services with Get Vocal for Victims, a Contra Costa County nonprofit dedicated to advancing the rights of victims of crime.
