Cole Kraeber

About
Cole Kraeber has been living the legal profession his entire life—it’s in his DNA. The son of Kraeber Law Office founder and principal Rhonda Kraeber, Cole has learned much about the law from watching and listening, and from working in the office with the firm’s attorneys while in high school, college, and law school. Drawn to the intellectual challenges and personal rewards of the profession, and the opportunities to help those in need of counsel and representation, Cole pursued a law degree and graduated from University of California Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).
While taking his exams, he worked as a paralegal at the firm, and upon passing the bar in November 2024, Cole officially joined Kraeber Law Office as a practicing attorney.
Through education and observation, and with an undergraduate degree in economics, Cole has developed strong writing, research, and data analysis skills. He is particularly interested in and adept at legal research and oral advocacy—skills that are critical to the strength and success of a case in the office and in the courtroom.
Cole’s focus is on employment law and the employer-employee relationship, from drafting employment contracts to severance agreements—and all issues of conflict and dispute in between. His is a fact-specific, personalized, and hands-on approach to every case, every engagement.
I tailor how I approach relationships with prospective clients. Some appreciate a casual approach; others prefer a more professional approach and relationship. But no matter the style, I take my work and mission extremely seriously and every client gets 100 percent of my attention and effort.
An avid traveler and explorer, Cole has visited more than 25 countries on four continents, and lived and studied abroad in Germany.
