About
Alize Durant is the friendly voice on the telephone and the cheerful face at the front desk of Kraeber Law Office. As a firm administrator, Alize assists with the non-legal aspects of the firm to support the attorneys and paralegals, such as talking to prospective new clients, managing appointments, and overall organization of a busy office, helping to ensure the smooth running of the office and cases. She is oftentimes the first point of contact—with her calm, reassuring nature—for prospective clients who are seeking information about the firm and the path toward next steps. And she is one of the team members who serves attorneys and existing clients by originating files and monitoring the myriad of attorneys’ and paralegals’ needs.
Because of Alize’s thoroughness and attention to detail in her introductory conversations with prospective clients and the investigative work into their legal matters, attorneys have a solid foundation going into follow-ups and engagements with prospective clients. Her forward-facing responsibilities tap into her excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, assuring phone calls are returned, documents are filed in full, and meetings are kept with clients and aligned businesses and agencies.
I provide peace of mind for both our clients, and our attorneys, working on behalf of the attorneys so they can focus on their clients, building relationships and providing legal services. The attorneys are already dealing with a lot—I’m a team member that helps attorneys cross their t’s and dot their i’s. And that matters to me because I take each case personally—we’re dealing with peoples’ lives and livelihoods. And I am relentless in the pursuit of peace of mind.
A resident of Brentwood, California, Alize joined Kraeber Law Office in 2024. In addition to holding the position of Administrator, Alize is attending SNHU online (Southern New Hampshire University) and will earn her bachelor’s in criminal justice in Spring 2025. She is also the mother of two children, including a foster teen since 2022.
